Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Soliant 

Soliant is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives! This is a great opportunity for a COTA who is passionate about helping individuals improve their functional abilities, increase independence, and achieve their therapy goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic activities to improve patients’ daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and overall functional performance.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
  • Document treatments, patient responses, and progress accurately.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and team members as appropriate.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support progress and independence.
  • Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Active COTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current NBCOT certification, as applicable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • A genuine passion for helping patients reach their full potential.
