Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible schedule options: choose guaranteed (36 hours/week, with productivity requirements) or non-guaranteed hour plans
  • Weekend coverage may be required
  • Occasional travel outside the main service area to maintain patient caseloads
  • Qualifications:

  • Current California Occupational Therapist license
  • BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and registration
  • Current TB test, immunizations (MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap within 10 years, annual Flu), drug screen, and physical
  • New grads welcome; home health experience preferred but not required
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services (evaluation, re-certification, follow-up, and discharge)
  • Complete documentation and coordination with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary team
  • Perform in-person patient visits—including OASIS assessments and routine visits
  • Adapt to various patient needs and therapy plans in a home health setting
