Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible options: Guaranteed or non-guaranteed hours available
  • Some weekend coverage required
  • Will occasionally travel beyond primary territory for full caseload needs
  • Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Occupational Therapist license (OT)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, auto registration
  • Annual TB, Flu, and up-to-date immunizations (MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap within 10 years)
  • Ability to work independently and confidently travel between patient homes
  • Home health experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive evaluation and occupational therapy treatments in patient homes
  • Manage your assigned area (Alameda County & neighboring cities), coordinating care and visits
  • Complete all required documentation, patient/caregiver education, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Be willing to treat COVID+ or PUI patients as needed
