About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive K–12 school team in the Dallas, Oregon area. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT seeking flexibility, with options for a full-time 40-hour schedule or approximately three days per week.

Position Highlights

  • Provide occupational therapy services across K–12th grade.
  • Support students with mild to severe needs, including students requiring feeding protocols.
  • Caseload consists primarily of consultative services, with one direct-service component.
  • Work across 3 elementary schools, 1 middle school, and 1 high school.
  • All school sites are located within approximately 2 miles of the district office, minimizing travel time.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related-service professionals.
  • Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, goal development, progress monitoring, and documentation.
  • An assessment assistant is onsite to help support the caseload.
  • Full-time option of 40 hours/week or a 3-day/week schedule.
  • Primarily onsite, with hybrid or remote options potentially available for the right candidate.
  • Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Oregon OT license or eligibility for licensure.
  • School-based/pediatric experience preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse K–12 populations and varying levels of need preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for helping students achieve greater independence and participation in their educational environment.
