Qualifications:

  • Active clinical license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
  • Active educator license from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
  • Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
  • Ability and flexibility to work between multiple school sites
  • Completion of fingerprinting for credentialing
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to a diverse student population across various age groups and schools
  • Adapt and implement individualized therapy plans suited to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with regulations
  • Engage families, teachers, and staff in the therapy process
