Take the next step in your therapy career working as a contract Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) servicing early childhood centers and classrooms across Northampton and Monroe counties in Pennsylvania. This role is tailored for professionals passionate about supporting children ages 3 to 5 through high-quality therapeutic interventions that foster their developmental success.

This contract opportunity runs from August 17th, 2024, through June 5th, 2027, and offers consistent, full-time hours (37.5 per week) so you can provide ongoing care and build relationships with your young learners over multiple school years. You’ll travel to a variety of early education settings, engaging with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring therapy is seamlessly integrated into classroom routines. Supervision will be provided for COTAs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania COTA license
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based therapy; early intervention experience highly preferred
  • Compassionate approach with proven ability to connect with young children and their caregivers
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in team settings
  • Ability to manage mileage and scheduling across different school sites
  • Dedication to completing all district credentialing requirements prior to start (including TB test and Pennsylvania-specific clearances)
  • Key Responsibilities:
