SCHEDULE & CONTRACT DETAILS
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Days: 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)
• Duration: September 2, 2026 – June 17, 2027 (Complete 26/27 School Year)

CASELOAD & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Caseload: Manage student therapy, screenings, and evaluations across district sites
• IEPs: Formulate individual student goals, log daily progress, and lead annual IEP reviews
• Tier 1 Supports: Collaborate with teachers and parents on classroom-wide adaptive strategies
CORE REQUIREMENTS
• License: Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist License
• Certification: Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
• Compliance: Passed OSPI fingerprinting and background clearance
• Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Boards: Initial passing score on the NBCOT examination
