The assignment runs from June 1st through June 25th, with scheduled hours from 9am to 1pm.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona

Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings

Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Effective communication skills to collaborate with faculty, students, and parents

Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and varying caseloads

Previous ESY or school-based OT experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals

Assess and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to foster student success

Develop and maintain individualized therapy plans, ensuring compliance with school guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team

Promote a positive, supportive environment that encourages student growth and participation
