Located near Orono, ME, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact over the summer in an educational setting. Work just two mornings each week, choosing your preferred days between Tuesday and Thursday for maximum flexibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Maine

Recent experience in school-based occupational therapy strongly preferred

Comfortable working with students across K-12 grade levels

Ability to tailor therapy strategies to support diverse needs and help students reach their IEP goals

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with IEPs

Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for varying student needs

Document student progress and adjust therapy as necessary

Consult with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic interventions in the classroom

Participate in IEP meetings as required and communicate effectively with families
