Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Experience in one or more settings: schools, home health, general healthcare
  • Previous school-based OT experience preferred
  • Confident in managing K-12 caseloads
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy interventions for K-12 students (24-student caseload)
  • Complete required therapy minutes (3,090 per quarter), averaging up to 20 hours weekly
  • Assess, document, and track student progress
  • Collaborate with other educational professionals and families
  • Adjust therapy plans as needed per student IEPs and best practices
