Job Title: Occupational Therapist (1099 contractor)

Pay Rate: $44-$56 (Based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

School Year: 2026–2027

Caseload: Elementary

Locations: Remote (serving Washington school districts)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Virtual school Occupational Therapist licensed in Washington to provide remote psychological services to K–12 students. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexibility while supporting students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to elementary students based on individualized needs
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student eligibility and service needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-regulation, and functional skills
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service records
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Promote student independence and participation within the educational setting

Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist license/certification (required)
Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
Knowledge of special education processes and IEP development
Ability to support students with diverse learning and developmental needs
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Passion for supporting elementary students in a structured learning environment

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Secure, confidential workspace compliant with student privacy standards
• Computer with webcam and ability to use virtual assessment/telehealth platforms
