Position Title: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Remote (Must Hold Active Nevada SLP License)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and caseload
Reports To: Director of Clinical Services

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality teletherapy services to students and/or clients throughout Nevada. This remote position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals improve their communication, language, and swallowing abilities through evidence-based virtual interventions.

The ideal candidate is technology-savvy, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional therapy services in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual speech-language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based teletherapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings when applicable.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Nevada state regulations, professional standards, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital resources effectively.
  • Qualifications Required

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred or required depending on assignment.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical or school-based experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace.
  • Ability to pass applicable background checks.

  • Previous teletherapy experience.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings.
  • Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
