Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Massachusetts OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a K-5 school environment preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OT services to K-5 elementary students (ages 5-12), Monday–Friday
  • Hours: 8:15 AM–2:20 PM (1/2 days for students on Wednesdays)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Work closely with special education and general education teams
  • Engage families in the therapy process and provide helpful resources
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to IEP meetings
