Qualifications:

  • Indiana OT licensure required
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT preferred
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 100 students (Pre K through post grad)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Experience writing and implementing IEP goals for students with OT services
  • Responsibilities:

  • Work five days per week (37.5 hours) across all school buildings
  • Provide OT services to students with OT in their IEPs—Pre K through post-grad
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and school guidelines
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student success
  • Adapt interventions to a variety of age groups and student needs
