In this full-time role for the 2026-2027 school year, you'll be 1 of only 2 OTs in the district—giving you the chance to work closely with a diverse student population and partner with educators to provide Tier 1 staff support. Exposure to new team dynamics and educational leadership approaches will expand your professional toolkit and significantly enhance your resume.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed or eligibility for Washington OT Certification
  • School-based Occupational Therapy experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, consultative, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to provide Tier 1 support for school staff
  • Must provide professional references (district requirement)
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students across the district
  • Deliver therapy services and collaborate with district staff
  • Contribute to staff support initiatives and Tier 1 interventions
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation to support student progress
