Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Current Professional Licensure in Occupational Therapy (WA)
  • Valid ESA Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Previous experience in school-based OT (K-12 students preferred)
  • Flexibility to travel between two school sites
  • Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations, including elementary, middle, and high schoolers
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to a K-12 caseload (approx. 32 students)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
  • Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Promote independence and support functional outcomes for students in educational settings
  • Support each school’s therapy team and adapt to evolving student needs
