Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current OT license and eligibility to practice in Colorado
  • Prior experience serving pediatric or school-age populations, ideally within an educational environment
  • Knowledge of IEP (Individualized Education Program) process and documentation
  • Strong communication skills to consult effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Collaborative spirit and adaptability in a multidisciplinary team setting
  • Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ motor skills and functional abilities using a variety of assessment tools
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment strategies to promote independence in academic and daily activities
  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, supporting their participation in school routines
  • Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Educate and train school staff and families on strategies and accommodations for student success
  • Adapt instructional materials and school environments to ensure accessibility and inclusion
