Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota Occupational Therapy license (required)
  • Previous experience as a School-Based Occupational Therapist preferred
  • Knowledge of caseload management in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary students across various school sites
  • Participate in pre-year planning sessions to develop caseloads collaboratively with other OTs
  • Support students’ development and academic success using individualized interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Engage with teachers, parents, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
