The position is based near Minneapolis, MN, and will run from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027.

Key Qualifications

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Minnesota
  • Prior experience in K-12 settings, especially elementary schools, is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
  • Excellent communication skills for interactions with staff, students, and families
  • Must be able to work exclusively on-site; virtual/remote work is not an option
  • Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary students as part of a dynamic school-based team
  • Participate in pre-term planning with other OTs to divide caseloads and schools effectively
  • Assess students’ abilities and develop tailored intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families on student progress and support strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide input during planning meetings and IEP development as needed
