Desired Qualifications:

  • Washington OT license and ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
  • Previous school-based OT experience (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments, therapy, and IEP participation for K-12 students
  • Manage a caseload based on direct service minutes (900-950 minutes/week)
  • Serve both elementary and secondary students, typically at 4-5 schools
  • Ensure compliance with educational guidelines and documentation standards
