Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment within the local geographic area
  • Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license from the Board of Registration in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 1 year certified home care OT experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care
  • Proficiency with various computer programs; experience with hand-held patient care devices preferred
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing scenarios
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services in patients’ homes for those affected by physical, cognitive, or developmental challenges
  • Liaise closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate services and identify patient needs
  • Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources to support patient well-being
  • Maintain accurate patient care documentation electronically

    $2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
