Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling within the PHH geographic region is required to meet patient and facility needs.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services in patients’ homes for individuals of all ages with cognitive or physical impairments.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to identify goals and optimize progress.
  • Manage technical, environmental, and financial care delivery resources appropriately.
  • Document treatment outcomes efficiently and maintain clear, professional communication.
  • Adapt care plans as needed based on patient progress and changing conditions.
  • Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts (registered with the state board).
  • Minimum 1 year of certified home care OT experience.
  • At least two years’ experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care settings.
  • Proficiency with computer software; comfort with hand-held patient care devices preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the PHH service area.

    $2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
