This travel position for Occupational Therapists places you at the forefront of innovative therapy practice within a diverse, urban home health setting. Schedule/Hours:

  • Option for guaranteed 36 hours/week (upon meeting weekly visit expectations)
  • Flexibility with weekend or outside-area visits if required
  • Non-guaranteed hour track available for added scheduling freedom
  • Qualifications:

  • Current CA Occupational Therapy License
  • BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and registration
  • Up-to-date on TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), annual flu vaccine, recent drug screen and physical
  • Willingness to travel within assigned county territories and see diverse patient populations
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality occupational therapy visits (routine, evaluations, recertifications, discharges) in patients’ homes
  • Complete comprehensive documentation and professional communications as required
  • Adapt to weekly visit/workload expectations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
