Step into a contract opportunity making a direct impact on students’ lives by providing Occupational Therapy services across all educational buildings in the Washington, IN area. This full-time role offers you the chance to support a diverse caseload of up to 100 students, from pre-K through post-grad, collaborating with educators and families to enhance student success. The assignment runs from October 10 through December 18, providing a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Valid Indiana Occupational Therapist licensure is required

Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP-related OT interventions

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage a dynamic caseload spanning various age groups and needs

Adaptability across multiple school buildings

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs

Conduct evaluations and documentation in compliance with state guidelines

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student growth and independence

Travel as needed between buildings within the district

Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions

Participate in IEP team meetings and professional development activities
