Step into a rewarding contract Occupational Therapist opportunity supporting schools in the vibrant area near Corona, CA. Seeking experienced professionals ready to make a meaningful impact for the 2026 school year. Two full-time assignments are available, both beginning after August 14, 2026 (pending board approval). The first position runs through November 4, 2026; the second extends through January 4, 2027, with the possibility to continue.

This itinerant role spans multiple school sites, working a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch). You'll be part of a team delivering both direct and indirect OT services to a diverse student caseload, contributing to IEPs, and participating in paid team meetings and allocated admin time. Please note: applicants in their Clinical Fellowship year cannot be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP credential (required)
  • At least one year of school-based OT experience
  • Strong knowledge of IEP procedures and documentation
  • Comfortable working across multiple campuses
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility and organizational skills necessary for an itinerant assignment
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy to students, addressing IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Complete documentation and maintain case records in compliance with district protocols
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
  • Adapt interventions to meet individual student needs in dynamic school settings
