Step into an onsite, full-time opportunity supporting students during the 2026-2027 school year as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a dynamic educational environment near Williamstown, MA. Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credentials, with active state licensure
  • Experience providing therapy services to children or young adults in school or pediatric environments
  • Proficient with implementing IEP goals and following therapy plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Skilled communicator who can collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in an onsite, school-based setting
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students according to IEPs and educational plans
  • Assist in planning and executing group and individual activities that promote motor skills, sensory integration, and functional participation in the classroom
  • Monitor and report on student progress; keep accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate regularly with supervising OTs and educational staff to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the student’s support team
