Key Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State COTA license
  • NBCOT Certification required
  • School-based or special education experience preferred
  • Ability to work on-site and travel between multiple schools within the district
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability to meet student and district needs
  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Support occupational therapists in implementing student-specific treatment plans
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions for K-12 students as directed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and services provided
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
  • Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse student needs and school environments
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and provide input on student progress as appropriate
