Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois OT license required
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Prior exposure to home health or healthcare OT settings is a plus
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services for a caseload of approximately 30 students, three days per week
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate closely with educational staff to support students’ abilities within school and home environments
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow school protocols
