Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time school-based contract opportunity in Washington, Indiana. This position involves providing occupational therapy services to students across all district buildings while supporting students with OT services outlined in their IEPs.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
37.5 hours per week
Assignment Dates: October 10, 2026 – December 18, 2026
Compensation & Benefits:
* $45-$55 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Position Details:
* 1 opening available
* District-wide itinerant position covering all school buildings
* Caseload: Up to 100 students
* Student population ranging from Pre-K through post-graduate transition programs
* School-based setting with collaborative support staff
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
* Conduct evaluations and complete required documentation
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
* Support students in developing functional, academic, and independent living skills
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services and student progress
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
* Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license required
* Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage a district-wide itinerant caseload
