Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based opportunity in Tucson, Arizona for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to support elementary and middle school students while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and independence.
Work Schedule:
* Monday – Friday
* 40 hours per week
* 2026–2027 School Year

Position Details:
* Elementary and middle school caseload
* Approximately 50 students on caseload
* Services provided across two school sites
* Collaborative and supportive educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with students' IEP goals
* Conduct evaluations and complete required documentation
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
* Support students in developing functional, academic, sensory, motor, and independent living skills
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services and student progress
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
* Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license required
* Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
* Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
