Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based Opportunity
Location: Buckhead, GA
School Year: 2026–2027
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, school-based contract position in the Buckhead area of Georgia.
This opportunity offers the chance to work within a supportive educational environment while helping students develop the functional, sensory, and motor skills needed for success in the classroom. The selected OT will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality occupational therapy services and meaningful support to students.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and direct therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and classroom participation skills
Qualifications
• Active Georgia Occupational Therapist license required
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or higher from an accredited program required
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Employment Details
• Full-Time: 35 hours per week
