Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to students with varying needs and abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, and activities of daily living.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers.
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license.
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Passion for helping students reach their educational and developmental goals.
