Days: 5 Days per Week

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking three qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join a supportive school district for the 2026–2027 school year. These full-time, onsite positions will serve students across grades K–12 throughout the district.

Depending on caseload needs, COTAs may be assigned to multiple school sites and work in an itinerant capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated occupational therapy professionals who are passionate about helping students develop essential skills for academic success, independence, and overall development while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills
Implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' educational and therapy goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Monitor student progress and communicate observations with the supervising Occupational Therapist
Provide services to students across K–12th grade as assigned
Travel between multiple school locations based on caseload and district needs
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Qualifications:
Active state Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with students across multiple grade levels preferred
Ability and willingness to travel between school sites as needed
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth, development, and independence
