Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure
  • Experience in school-based OT, healthcare OT, home health OT, or teletherapy
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 55-60 students
  • Experience working with both elementary and secondary students preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong commitment to collaboration and student success
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive OT services in elementary and secondary schools
  • Support students’ functional and academic growth through tailored interventions
  • Develop, monitor, and adapt treatment plans
  • Communicate progress and recommendations to educational staff and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide OT services throughout the academic calendar: August 20 through June 4
  • Adapt schedule to fit school hours, generally 8:30-3:15 for elementary and 7:30-2:15 for secondary
