Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license (required)
  • Pediatric and/or school-based OT experience preferred
  • Comfort working in both classroom environments and home-based settings

  • Commitment to supporting students with diverse abilities and backgrounds
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services in school buildings and to homebound students (caseload may fluctuate)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other allied health professionals to develop and implement effective IEPs
  • Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing tailored interventions and adaptations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with district guidelines
