Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid OT licensure for Illinois
  • Experience in schools, home health, healthcare settings, or teletherapy preferred
  • Knowledge of IEPs and related school-based documentation
  • Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
  • Able to travel between assigned schools as an itinerant therapist
  • Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services in school settings and possibly homes
  • Manage an itinerant caseload with paid travel
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings (admin time provided)
  • Engage in ongoing professional development with provided training
