Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience in school-based OT services, home health, teletherapy, or other relevant healthcare settings
  • Strong ability to assess, develop, and execute individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents
  • Effective communicator with multidisciplinary teams, students, and caregivers
  • Comfortable with documentation and using digital tools for teletherapy
  • Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities and student needs
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and direct interventions for students
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to integrate OT strategies into daily routines
  • Develop and update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and monitor student progress
  • Provide therapy both onsite in schools and remotely via telehealth, as assigned
  • Complete accurate records and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to support student outcomes
