Working across multiple elementary and middle school sites, you’ll collaborate with dedicated educators, witness diverse teaching practices, and refine your leadership abilities. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license for South Carolina (SC OT License required)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
  • Capable of effectively managing a student caseload of approximately 45, across elementary and middle school levels
  • Adaptable, organized, and skilled at building rapport with students and staff
  • Comfort working exclusively onsite
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized occupational therapy services to students across multiple school sites
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student growth
  • Document, track, and monitor student progress in compliance with school and district requirements
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate
