Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Recent experience in school-based OT settings preferred.
  • Comfortable serving a caseload with up to 950 direct minutes weekly.
  • Experience with students from Pre-K through 12th grade.
  • Strong collaborative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services as assigned (not to exceed 40 hours/week).
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans for diverse student populations.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes.
  • Flexibly manage a daily schedule: start at 8:00 AM, with end times varying based on assignments and meetings.
