Key Qualifications:

  • Valid OT license for Rhode Island (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in school or pediatric OT preferred
  • Passion for working with children and empowering student abilities
  • Adaptability, superb communication, and strong organization
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services for summer (ESY) through to the first months of the new school year, starting immediately
  • Provide individualized and group therapy to a caseload of 14 students
  • Address missed services and support students’ IEP needs
  • Document progress and collaborate with team members and families
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
