Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing OT services, with at least 3 years in a school-based environment.
  • Active Illinois license as an Occupational Therapist and registered with the Illinois Department of Financial Professional Regulations (IDFPR).
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide OT services to K-8th grade students across two to three campuses in North Chicago/Waukegan (approximately 20 hours per week, scheduled over 2-3 days).
  • Assess and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents.
  • Document progress and provide recommendations for student accommodations and modifications.
