Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in New Mexico
  • Experience in school-based OT preferred
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Proven ability to deliver personalized, student-centered therapy
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide OT services for three students (2-3 hours/week)
  • Service time allocation: 240 minutes/month, 120 minutes/month, and 120 minutes/year per individual plan
  • Deliver therapy using a mix of teletherapy and on-site approaches as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ learning and development
  • Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
