Qualifications:

  • Active Washington OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous school-based OT experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to different school cultures
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OT services to K-8 students based on IEPs and assessment results
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, aides, and family members
  • Develop and implement intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state/federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
