Qualifications:

  • Active Washington Occupational Therapy licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ pediatric/educational OT experience strongly preferred.
  • Current, active Medicaid provider number (required).
  • Up-to-date CAQH profile and credentialing by additional insurance providers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving caseload details.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students as part of a multidisciplinary education team.
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
  • Document according to district, state, and insurance requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and family communication.
  • Advocate for student access, inclusion, and therapeutic growth within the academic environment.
