Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility for licensure)
  • School-based OT experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working with students in grades 2-12+, with needs ranging from mild to moderate/severe
  • Competence developing and implementing IEP goals
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, in-person occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals for a caseload of 15 students
  • Collaborate with another OT, COTA, and supportive campus staff
  • Schedule includes 8am-3pm days with an hour lunch; 8am-9am for prep, 2pm-3pm for documentation
  • Flexibility in arranging workdays/hours to meet your needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Communicate effectively with school team and families as needed
