Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license (AZ OT License required)
  • Experience with school-age populations, particularly K-8th graders
  • Familiarity with Autism, developmental delays, Down’s syndrome, and other school-based evaluations
  • Previous school-based OT work or similar pediatric experience highly preferred
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluations, develop and implement therapy plans for students K-8
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support students’ educational goals
  • Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Support a caseload with diverse needs—but without supervising COTAs
