Desired Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist, OTR, with authorization to work in Minnesota (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience in school-based OT or with pediatric caseloads preferred
  • Familiarity with IEPs and documentation for K-12 students
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Collaborative mindset with an adaptive, positive attitude
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to an estimated caseload of 40 students across two school sites
  • Assess and address students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals, contributing to IEP processes
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports compliant with school and district guidelines
  • Participate actively in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
