Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active state OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
  • Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload across multiple sites
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students (caseload 40-50) in four buildings
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
