Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Active Illinois OT license; registered with the Illinois Department of Financial Professional Regulations (IDFPR)
  • Minimum three years of OT experience, including at least three years in a school-based setting
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in K–8th grade across two to three campuses
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Assess and document student progress, contribute to IEP and multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Foster students’ independence and functional skills within the school environment
