Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Active state license or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT)

  • Ability and willingness to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite OT services to K-12 students (approximately 20 on your caseload)
  • Supervise two COTAs, offering mentorship and oversight
  • Perform comprehensive student assessments and evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
